Understanding the Assignment 

The Lyell Otis region and its surrounding communities plan to accomplish more together by sharing a plan to address our communalities.  Collectively we can mission a message of hope where everyone can contribute to the betterment of our areas.  

LOCA office opened at 1060 Lyell Avenue as a community hub to meet, share and highlight the good in our community.  Partnerships include meetings with politians and community based organizations to join us as subject matter experts  to attribute to conversation to build out the betterment for all impacted.
